Physician Office LPN (1053)

Responsible for participating in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patients in the office setting. Assists in completing the patient history as per office specifications. Collaborates with other health team members regarding patient care.  Documents patient’s medical information in patient record.  Contacts patients about lab work and other test results as per office protocols.  Triages patient telephone calls.

Current LPN certification.

• Ability to think and work effectively under stress with frequent interruptions; to move, sit, stand, walk and bend intermittently throughout the work day, lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess sight and hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these sources to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
